At Caitlyn Minimalist, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-personalized items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Caitlyn Minimalist packaging and ensure it is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
